How can a quick weight loss – without dieting or eating diet pills?

I have tried all sorts of "Fats" loss product and most of them advocate a low fat, low carb, low calorie programs. I tried, but could not keep for a long time because it is very difficult to maintain and the results I am getting is not ideal but I diet hard! Can anyone advice is there a way to "Fats" loss without dieting or eating diet pills?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread, etc. And no food after 7 pm I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing!
