Ginseng Oolong
what is the best boat to prepare loose leaf tea?

I have recently come back from China. I have also brought the equivalent of 500 ginseng oolong tea pots (delicious = D). when in China, saw a boat fairly standard including a small body, round pipes / handles and an inner part full of holes. all I have are general pots and pans. what the best form of beer?

If you do not want to buy new hardware, I suggest putting some tea leaves in a cup and pour hot (not boiling of scalding tea, esp. green) in it. Steep tea like a bag. Then pour the tea (minus the leaves) in a new cup. Use a spoon or a coffee filter under pressure, as the cliffs of tea leaves to settle at the bottom to facilitate the effort. Or make your own tea bags by tying tea in a small coffee filter. Or buy a filter china tea shop and a few dollars. Or you can buy a pot of Chinatown for around $ 15-20.
