Diet Combo
What makes you fat? Is it the "fat" in food or is it the carb? Is it a combo of both?

question silly but I have curiosity. I realized as the reduction of fat in my diet, I'm losing. I have been eating rice like a madman, and I know that is loaded carbohydrates. Please explain. I should mention i exercise daily. Or on my elliptical and weights and abdominals. If I can not do my elliptical, I will take a short ride of 30 minutes.

Fats, carbohydrates, calories are all forms of energy your body needs to function. If you ingest and do not use energy, it gets stored in as fat by your body in case you need it later. So technically they all that fat, but only if you ingest more than they use.
