Effective South
How effective is the South Beach diet?

Has anyone actually tested and the loss of the amount of weight you are about to lose without exercise? The time it took you to lose the first 20 pounds?

South Beach Diet is very effective, but you must want to stick to it. And you can not think of her as a diet, you have to think of as a way of eating. Because you have to eat well for the rest of his life. You'll have to avoid foods that they say to avoid (with sugar, really fattening foods and foods that are high in bad carbs) and then eat foods that say you can enjoy (lean protein, vegetables, grains, and good carbs). I started the South Beach Diet on May 9, and since then I have gone from a size 18 in jeans to a size 16. The last time I measured about 2 1 / 2 weeks .. He had already lost 10 inches from exercising and staying in the plan (and that was after a month in South Beach), but I do trap Occasionally, it is necessary in order to commit to it. During Phase 1 you can lose 5-13 pounds anywhere. Since all you can eat really lean protein, vegetables, yogurt, sugar free pudding / gelatin, salads and the like. during phase 1 can not have any bread or anything with any food with starch in it. You can not have any grains, so for the first 2 weeks, you would have to eat eggs for breakfast instead of cereal, flour oats and the like. Once in phase 2, weight loss will begin to decline a bit and you'll lose about 2-3 pounds per week. And when the affected people posts, going back to phase 1 to break with this post. And once you reach your weight goal, go to Phase 3 for mantainence and that's how they eat for the rest of their lives. I think the SB is a good way to really eat because they are not restricted from eating things that love (or I'm not). I have no cravings for sweets more than truth, and my stomach has reduced both to learn to eat good food. I can still eat things I love, I have only to make changes. I can still eat chicken with barbecue sauce, but I can buy barbecue sauce with the least amount of sugar / carbohydrates. Or if something is available without sugar, I do like sugar-free gelatin pudding, cream, ice water fudgesicles.
