Should you drink bottled water to help weight loss and wellness?
50 years ago, people living near freshwater springs probably joked about the absurdity of its bottling pure water and make some extra money for them. Who would pay for water when they can get totally free from your faucet? Well, just look at us now! Little did they know that would become a trend that not only drink bottled water, but some people pay through the nose so you can increase the loss Weight & Wellness!
Why now consider tap water to be so dangerous? What happened to make you think you have to buy bottled water at the supermarket? Is it just a genius marketing ploy to make us think we need something that does not really … like Starbucks and Blu-Ray movies? And most importantly, How do we really know for sure that bottled water is even better for us?
Bottled water or not, we all need water … especially if we trying to lose or maintain weight in a safe and healthy. Believe it or not, the United States has one of the highest drinking water standards in the world. Superior, in fact, that the standards established by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for bottled water.
Bottled water makes more sense in countries where water is scarce laptops, but the United States now consumes more bottled water than any other country in the world. Bottled water, which is regulated by the FDA, has not been tested as thoroughly or as frequently as tap water, which is regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency. Obviously, we are a nation that love fashion .. and fall hard!
The proof is in history. Have you ever heard of anybody because every time I drank unhealthy tap water instead of bottled water? I no. I've never heard of anyone getting fat or being deprived of vitamins and minerals from drinking tap water is. Perhaps there is a difference small sample, but certainly not enough to justify spending an extra $ 20 a week at this time of economic crisis.
What people should worry about are the other drinking liquids on a daily basis. Why worry about water when it contains nothing harmful to your body? The carbonated beverages like soda, coffee and fat smoothies and anything with the diet on the label are the real culprits of poor health and weight gain.
Soda not only fills your body with sugar and salt unnecessary depletes calcium from your bones! The process of development of diet soda is even worse. The same ingredients used in cleaning equipment used to make refreshments. Think about that next time you're trying to decide between a Dr. Pepper and root beer. I would not have to go out on a limb here to say that safe drinking water or bottled water is a much healthier option than any of them.
What about all those ads you see fruit juices? You know … where they represent the fresh fruit is picked from the trees right and is marginalizing the right in the bottle for you. Would not it be great if this were true, affordable prices? The next time you think this is a healthy option to improve weight loss and wellness, based on the manufacturers of juice mixtures fresh fruit with sugar and preservatives. This is what is actually happening. Is tap water and bottled water that sounds better?
The biggest culprit of all them is probably alcohol. Any healthy drink limited to occasional use is not harmful, but alcohol is even more addivctive soda and fruit juices. Is it really necessary to go into all of the benefits of avoiding alcohol? I've heard before. Even when you drink alcohol, still need more water key to hydrate your system after … so I skip it all together!
Do not download the item, but these are the drinks that you should really be worried about to avoid if you are serious about helping you lose weight and wellness. These are not small differences between bottled water and tap water. In short, there is no need to drink bottled water purchased at the store in the United States and Canada unless you want to taste. There is enough of a difference. Both are healthy.
The cheaper and healthier option is to buy a water filter pitcher and filter their own tap water. You will receive a slightly more healthy water, but will only a difference if you avoid unhealthy beverages. Like the convenience of carrying water bottles? Fill your tap water into an empty bottle before leaving home! Problem solved and saved money.
All municipal water suppliers have to provide annual reports of water quality to its customers … and it's free! Then can choose a water filtration system at home that specifically releases the water from local pollutants. Home bottling is also the safest alternative and environmentally friendly. It may take 2 minutes to refill the jar every day, and another minute to fill their bottles, but it's worth all that extra effort rather than spend money on bottled water (and gas it takes to go to the store to buy it!)
When you put the right kind of food in your body and keep out of the wrong kinds of drinks, no need to worry about the small differences between bottled water and tap water. Water is water. It is essential to improve the loss weight management and wellness and weight management. Bottled water or not, will always be the healthiest beverages you can drink.
