5 Easy Tips to shed a few pounds

The holiday season is a time when most people tend to let go, throwing caution to the wind. Expenses excessive credit card excesses on alcohol and eating just a little too certain of the results. From January / February and we have a huge shock to see the invoice credit card, or get on the bathroom scale. I can not help with the bill for the credit card, but can help you lose those extra kilos.

Here are five tips relatively easy to start to lose weight you should be able to fit in current lifestyle with ease, but remember, you need to put in the effort.

1) Get rid of those cans of soda and get water bottles.
I'm surprised every day why many people drink very little or no water at all. Drinking more water in itself can make you lose weight. The body has 75% water and therefore vital for our bodies to have as much water as possible. The liver is responsible for the breakdown of fat in the body and not drinking water, the liver can not work more efficient and more fat accumulates in the body.
Get a small bottle of 500 ml water and keep it covered when at work, taking regular sips. Aim to finish around 3-4 bottles a day. This would also mean that make regular trips to the bathroom which makes it more exercise.

2) If you drive to work, park in the furthest parking his office door available. This should not be too hard to do and should not be more often to be empty. More distance means more exercise.

3) Alternate crunchy / sweet / box of chocolates from a box of grapes, strawberries, tangerines. Walking faster or power walking also means that your muscles have to work harder to move your legs fast enough to keep up with the speed and the gap is covering which means you'll burn more calories. So changing your walking pace would help.

5) And most important is to continue with this. These tips do not require you to change your current lifestyle very, very easy to follow and adhere. The next time you are doing shopping, collecting water bottled water instead of soda or fruit juice concentrate or other beverage that is not water repellent. Soon we will adjust to the natural sweet taste is softer than water and latched. I know I am.
