Chili Noodles

Chile and soft crab noodles
12 large Chinese cabbage leaves
2 tablespoons oil
6-1/2 ounces of egg noodles, cooked and cooled
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
6-1/2 oz crab meat pieces
1 bunch asparagus, cut into lengths of 1-1/2 inch cooked
1 cup bamboo shoots
1 red pepper, thinly sliced into strips
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sauce chili

Soak cabbage leaves one at a time in boiling water for 30 seconds, remove and place in ice water. Remove and dry on a clean towel. Heat oil in a large pot, add the noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes, remove and reserve. Remove oil from pan, add ginger, garlic and crab meat, stir 2-3 minutes. Remove add to noodles. Add the asparagus, bamboo shoots and red pepper to the mix. Combine oil sauce, soy sauce and pepper, add to the mix noodles and stir well. Place cabbage leaves in a large dish to serve with crab and noodle mixture in a bowl. Customers can fill and roll their own cabbage leaves. Serve with sweet chili sauce if desired Asia.
