Stay away from the book in the lounge

This two disc DVD with Leslie Sansone on "Walk Away the Pounds, is an easy walk in the home of training beginners. When I say beginner, I mean people who have not exercised for several years and are looking to relieve a simple, low-impact fitness program yet satisfactory.

There are some very basic steps used in the three walking routines. They are walking on the spot, knee lifts, steps and side kicks. There are also a variety of arm exercises like bicep curls, lateral raises and spreads with and without the use of two dollars a pound.

I Here is a brief description of each level of training.

Get up and get started: It takes about 18 minutes to complete a walk of a mile. This is a simple exercise easier to walk along with most of the weights for arm exercises with light.

High burn calorie: It takes about 30 minutes to complete a walk of two miles. This is a moderate walking exercise combined with weight training. It has a little more intensity, walk and walk faster variations that help you develop resistance to the next level in the three-mile walk.

Super Fat Burning: It takes about 47 minutes to complete a three-mile walk. This has the highest level of intensity in combination with an invigorating workout. You will receive advanced walking variations and a more demanding workout with weights.

While "Walk Away The Pounds does not offer strength training, conditioning does offer whole body. Another advantage is that you can not go wrong, you can set your pace and modify your workout to your comfort level. You may choose to weight or not, the doll use or ankle weights, use half full motion or range of motion movements. Is your workout, it's up to you.

You do not have to invest in the equipment expensive. A pair of good walking shoes, comfortable clothing and the desire to be active is all it takes. You do not need a lot of skill, but a bit of coordination is the only required. You can do this in the rain or shine, and depending on what exercises taking the user to select only takes as little as 18 minutes or 30-47 minutes of your day to start feeling great.

The only thing I recommend is taking a long cooling period. I found the cooling section in training a bit short. So take your time stretching to prevent muscle strain and possible injury.

With a balanced diet and a healthy eating program exercise you enjoy, lose pounds, burn calories and fat. You're on your way to a healthy lifestyle stronger and happier. That's a good reason for get off the couch and active!
