if you respond to this question – Do not yell or lecture me please. I have about 10 days to try to slim your stomach / Love handles before I have to go on vacation where I would have to wear a bathing suit. so I did some research and found some pills diet called Ultra Green Tea with Hoodia – its just a green tea pill. I started it today – i have to take half mornign and a half later. its supposed to curb your appetite and give you energy to exercise. my stomach was feeling weird all day and every time I drank I would do somehting you have to urinate very badly. and each Once I ate somehting I had to go to the bathroom. ive never received anything like this – is that supposed to happen?

id go with green tea REAL XD doesn't have side effects! — If u need help losing weight bit .. heres my lecture — hahaXD in the morning if you can wake up very early, that's when you have more energy! drink a bottle of water plug in your ipod or whatever and listen to music while running! – This is my first step. Then you go home, eat a healthy breakfast like fruit salad or so nutritonal something. After that, almost cleaning the house or what is best for a walk, while its cool, walk your dog, if you have one, I like to spend the morning doing that while its not so hot! After you wait a couple of hours can be active and then relax a bit and do some squats and lifting weights your own schedule … and statistics of its own weight and height objectives .. or whatever .. that's what I usually do! And then I like to stretch at the beginning the day .. Haha MORE TIPS: chew gum – sugar free. The bread is bad, so try to stick to thin HIGH in fiber, slices:) you can google everything and before I feel great about everything and IM actually excited to start working out and all that because I know what I will do for me! but whether to go on a diet, try Weight Watchers, is the only one I actually recommend. 🙂
