I have a question diet. How I can lose weight fast before summer?

I need to lose weight (only a few pounds, I'm thin) before the summer. i can not exercise because I had a back injury and my doctor will not let me do any heavy lifting or running. How I can diet to lose weight?

Here goes: This is from my own experience and what has worked for me. I put everything for you so that others can have the success I have. The chocolate (and you can use Carnation Instant Milk for this, but I simply use Nestle dry mix) will give you that sweet "snack" that you need. Just a day vitamin give you much energy as approx. 1 1 / 2 cans of red bull … without the intake of calories. WoW .. now make their progress and because they have more room in your intake actual calorie health food. _____ Soda / Carbonation Carbonation is terrible for your system, as swells the stomach. And when the stomach swells, your jeans do not fit. You can drop one pant size simply do not drink soft drinks all together .. Take away the swelling and you have instantly just made it a smaller pants size. In addition, sodas dehydrate and that one day a vitamin is not necessary caffeine in soda and will also be cut such you do not need extra calories.
