What I can do to improve my health?

I weigh 155 and about 5'7 hours with an athletic body and I wear a size 9 in pants … is so big? and what I can do to mt thin legs?

Unfortunately there is no such thing as spot burning. You can not work the legs and hope to burn fat in that area. The fat tends out of the way in which lit. I'm not so much to tell people who are overweight when i can see them physically. If I can not see natural bone structure and i cannot tell people about 5'7 you.Most want to weigh around 110-120
