How to maintain momentum

January is the time of year when resolutions are made and goals set are. We have our engines loaded and ready for takeoff or have already taken off to get a good start toward our ultimate goal. But how long these units last time and where is the fuel to keep Moving? In other words, how do you get the urge? Well, I guess the answer is pretty obvious. But do not stop. Keep moving, keep making progress. A little over a day, a little at a time is better than taking a break (stop) longer (because you are worn out / depressed / unmotivated).

He gives the example of a person trying to lose weight and be healthier and more fit a person through practice better diet and daily exercise.
