Did I start my new diet and exercise program right?

Today, officially started my new diet and exercise program. I played in the pool with my friend for about 2 hours or so, then I made a total of 15 laps in the pool. Around 5: 45, I had a grilled chicken sub with mayonnaise and water. Ago little did 60 abdominal and bending 30. For snacks, I had carrots and a loaf of oatmeal with raisins Medifast. I just made a bowl of chicken noodle soup, Medifast. So I'm starting this right program? Any suggestions?
