Is it nice to have more of a dietary supplement?

I am taking some dietary supplements Acai with Hoodia. But I want to drink my tea dietary supplement as well. Does it hurt to take more than one? Especially if they are natural? And yes, I'm eating healthy and exercising. I just do not I want to hurt me if it's not good to do that. Thanks!

Most vitamin supplements are not like a synthesized pharmaceutical products and versions modified natural chemicals in a concentrated high. In this regard, the effective dose of vitamins is actually very high. There are very few who react badly to others. One might be Ginko Biloba in high doses, while blood thinners and aspirin drug. O 5HTP as pharmaceutical antidepressants but apart from some cases Sporadic relatively harmless even in massive doses. As for the diet or supplements can generally dose up until you find your purpose or you are uncomfortably nervous or out then cut the dose to half acceptable. If taken with a meal of the dose would be greater than one taken on an empty stomach. Usually, the worst effect could be a nervous stomach and nausea letting you know you've had too much. One year it took me about 25 capsules daily supplements Overall, it was excessive for most, but in reality it was only a fraction of the full dose of each supplement in a wide spectrum. I have reduced that in the base 3 … multi-vitamins, Omega 3, and an antioxidant.
