What is a fitness exercise that I could do to improve my flexibility?

It's gym class and we have 45 seconds to exercise. Everyone must be able to do the exercise without a hard struggle.

divides an easy solution you do not have to go down all the way but try to get more every time you pull flexability former takes a while to get to go at their own pace and do not throw anything:)
