what supplements should I take construction of the body to lose fat weight and gain muscle?

im 17 years old, weight 150 and I'm about 5'10 so a little on the fluffy side, I want to lose fat weight and gain muscle, what to take, taking serum im rite now so that after 2 weeks and has lost 5 pounds and i work 5 times a week, I never take anything that is harmful, but I want changes in fat weight fast

Their diet is very important. Eat high protein, low carbohydrate. You can add some whey protein shake in their day food (take it after training) and do some cardio. Do it after lifting weights.
