Chocolate and Cardiovascular Health Tea

Heart disease is recognized worldwide as the leading cause of death. High cholesterol, hardening of the arteries, and harmful blood vessels because of high blood pressure are all factors related to cardiovascular health.

Medical experts and nutritionists recommend a heart-healthy diet and plenty of exercise to combat heart disease. Research also suggests that antioxidants may play a vital role in helping to support cardiovascular health.

epigallocatechin gallate, ECGC in green tea, and procyanidins epicatechin in the purest cocoa and the powerful antioxidant resveratrol have been studied extensively for their antioxidant value, especially for their benefit to heart health. Along with a healthy heart diet and exercise, research suggests that these flavonoids, if included regularly in your diet can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Its power depends on its antioxidant value. antioxidant value is measured in ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity Total). in pure raw cocoa has the highest ORAC value of 26,000 units and dark chocolate with a 13,120 ORAC. Green tea brand in 1220 ORAC and red grapes contain resveratrol has an ORAC of 750.

Heart Healthy The antioxidants in green tea, chocolate and resveratrol
Epidemiological studies show that these antioxidants help to improve the heart health in a number of ways. They basically work the same way to support healthy cardio-protective. 1.2

Atherosclerosis
Studies show that flavonoids can help to dilate the brachial artery by 3.9% after the first 30 minutes from the time that is believed ingestion.3 Resveratrol antioxidant found in green tea, chocolate and resveratrol helps to stimulate the production of nitric oxide, which in turn helps relax blood vessels, increasing its expansion. This results in better flow and circulation. Poor circulation and circulation is the main reason for the progression of atherosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries of the heart.

These particular antioxidants also help protect the arteries by reducing cholesterol oxidation LDL leading to the formation of plaque in arteries. 4-7

Myocardial Infarction
ECGC in green tea, chocolate and resveratrol Procyanidin is thought to help block a blood protein that is responsible for inflammatory damage to the heart after myocardial infarction. These antioxidants help reduce death of heart muscle cells by reducing cell damage caused by oxidation. In addition, green tea is also believed to accelerate the recovery of patients who have suffered myocardial infarction. 8-15

Coronary Artery Disease
Studies indicate regularly including these antioxidants in your diet can provide cardio-protective results. ECGC in green tea, epicatechin and procyanidin Chocolate Resveratrol and believes that all They reduce the risk of coronary heart disease by supporting good blood flow and circulation in the heart, helping to reduce oxidative damage caused by the activity of free radicals. 16-18, 20-22, 26

Belinda Linden, head of health information to the British Heart Foundation, said: "Tea Green has in the past, has been associated with a lower risk of coronary artery disease, claims that its high antioxidant properties can reduce the amount of cholesterol in the arterial wall. "

These antioxidants are believed to have anti-thrombotic properties. This means that it helps reduce clotting of blood, or thrombosis that can lead to stroke or heart attack.19, 23-25

Blood pressure
Reseveratrol and antioxidants found in green tea and chocolate help reduce the risk of high blood pressure. According to the Archives of Internal Medicine (July 2004), there is a 46% risk lower risk of developing high blood pressure for people who drank ½ to 2 ½ cups of green tea per day for a year. The risk was 65% lower for people drank more than 2 ½ cups a day. 27-30

The reduction in bad cholesterol
Studies show that these antioxidants increase LDL receptors in the liver. These receptors bind LDL, bad cholesterol, and drive through the digestive system without synthesizing system. This helps to support regulation of normal cholesterol levels. 31-34

Chocolate Tea
The combination of cocoa, green tea and resveratrol produced a powerful drink that supports heart health. CocoPure contains the three ingredients and no fat, no milk or sugar. It has an ORAC value of 5,250 for each 7.4 grams.
