One of the most common I hear women say that is the way to get rid of that extra fat around her .. stomach often referred to as a dog. "Many women think that if they make a 1000 abs one day get rid of it. Not true!

Having a flatter stomach actually has nothing to do with doing countless sit-ups, but has everything to do with having less body fat. Each time you lower your body fat "dog" will go down!

Here are four key things you can do to reduce your body fat:

Eating more lean protein. Most women I think after serving 30 years tend to eat less protein and do not realize is that the protein helps keep your metabolism high! Good sources of protein can be found in chicken, fish and egg whites.

Intensity cardiovascular exercise: If you are quiet walking and breathing hard and working up a sweat, chances are they are not pushing your body enough to burn that fat. The more intense your workout is more fat the body burns.

Include resistance training: Some women focus only on cardiovascular exercise and ignore weight training. Your metabolism remains elevated in reality after a training session weight throughout the day. While the cardiovascular exercise you are burning fat during the session and lasts an hour or two later. Both types of exercise play an important role in reducing the fat in your body.

Drink too much alcohol. If you are consuming too many drinks during the week of this can be counterproductive to lose fat. Alcohol impairs the reality of their metabolism. You do not have to cut out completely but you do need to be aware of the effect on fat burning. After consulting with a woman who exercised and ate large, but drinking too much.
